Local pop rock band Dizzy Balloon is out with a new video for their song “Seeing Stars,” which chronicles a crazy performance at Slims in San Francisco. The Piedmont based group recently scored a local hit with “Crazy Jane” and have a solid self-titled debut album worth every penny.
