The Bay Area’s political and socially minded Paris returns to the scene with Acid Reflex, his first album since 2003′s Sonic Jihad. The rebellious and ominous “Don’t Stop the Movement” is the first single and video off the much anticipated album. As you can see by the subject matter of the above video, Paris has not lost his edge and continues to touch on the fear-mongering of an unjust government, police brutality, black-on-black crime and other pressing matters. However, in a bit of a contrast to his earlier work, Acid Reflex is also supposed to contain some P-Funked party jams.
