The Bay’s worst: The latest batch of mediocrity

Keak continues his longtime collaboration with a gang of Newport Menthols. Oh, San Quinn comes along for the ride too. This is apprently off their Welcome to Scokland duet album. The beat isn’t bad in that it sounds like every other lowkey Bay anthem dedicated to the Yay’s club rats, but then Keak and Quinn just suck. Keak of course growls through recycled lines as usual, but his attempt to imitate a girl’s voice is HILARIOUS. If you can’t imagine a masculine menthol-laced falsetto, neither could I. . .

Shawty Lo jumps on this E-40 record off his forthcoming The Ballstreet Journal. I haven’t heard the original, but Shawty Lo isn’t exactly the dude u run to to upgrade ur record. Even Uncle 40 just falls flat on this. Minus 2 points for another bad Lil Jon beat.

“Break Ya Ankles Remix”- E-40 feat. Shawty Lo

This one isn’t horrible, it just sounds like every other Baby Bash record and every other corny Lil Jon beat. If you like their bread and butter, then you way want to mess with this joint.
